Four steps, and your entries stay a surprise until the end.

    Pick your entry

    Choose one, two or three entries for a single transaction. Your randomly assigned amount is charged immediately.

  2. 02

    Get your numbers

    Each ticket is randomly assigned an amount. Every number from $1 to $500 is available as two entries, A and B, and every ticket has its own unique entry ID. The system randomly assigns and reserves that number of entries. Entries cannot be chosen or exchanged.

  3. 03

    Pay securely

    Your randomly assigned amount is charged immediately. Complete one cumulative payment using Stripe's secure card form. Name, email and card information are collected directly by Stripe and are not stored by the raffle platform.

  4. 04

    Your entries are revealed

    After payment succeeds, your assigned entry IDs and the total paid are revealed on screen.

UHN Foundation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Everything worth knowing before you enter.

How much does my ticket cost?
Every amount between $1 and $500 is used exactly twice across the 1,000 entries: once as an A entry and once as a B entry. Each assigned number determines that entry's price in dollars. Multiple entries are added together into one payment. The maximum possible total for three entries is $1,499 CAD.
Can I buy more tickets?
Yes! You can purchase up to three tickets in a single transaction. After your first purchase, you'll have the option to buy additional entries as long as tickets are still available.
Can I choose or exchange my entries?
No. Entries are assigned at random at checkout and cannot be chosen or exchanged.
When am I charged?
You're charged immediately when you submit the entry form. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
What if my card is declined?
The same reserved entries remain held while you try another payment within the reservation period. A declined payment does not assign different entries or restart the reservation period.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All payments are handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
What are my odds of winning?
All eligible entries have the exact same chance of winning.
When is the draw?
The Grand Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize will be drawn from all eligible entries on November 2, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. ET, or earlier at the Grand Cru Halpern Portfolio Tasting and Live Auction on October 28, 2026 if all available entries have been purchased by 8:00 P.M. ET that day. Winners will be notified shortly after the draw.
Where does the money go?
All proceeds support UHN through the UHN Grand Cru Culinary Wine Festival, presented by HBNG Charitable Foundation.
Will I get a tax receipt?
No charitable donation tax receipts will be issued for amounts paid to participate in the sweepstakes.
